We have done various public houses and private homes from asfar afield as  Blackpool to Lancaster. 

We have recently done the large conservatory restaurant roof at The Calf’s Head at Worston, just off the A59 nr Clitheroe. The results were spectacular, it came up like brand new which was surprising as it had a large build-up of algae due to being surrounded by mature trees. 

The owner was very pleased indeed and we have had many recommendations since.

We use medical-grade de-ionised water in all out window cleaning, it has been through a process of filtration that strips the water of all impurities and allows us to flush your windows clean of all dirt and grime.  As we use water-jetted brushes the process also cleans and maintains your frames and window sills at the same time AT NO EXTRA COST.

On rare occasions the windows may require a second clean to get up to standard as with some windows that have not been done for quite some time and windows especially that have be done the ‘old fashioned’ using ladders and soap, often ‘leach’ from the rubber seals around your windows. This is not uncommon and is usually rectified after the second (but often first) clean.
We now work under the working at heights safety law 2005.  This process has made the business much safer for both the customer and the contractor.  We no longer have to use ladders, which virtually removes all dangers formerly involved in the job.  There is no longer any damage caused to your property by the use of ladder, i.e. ladder holes in your garden, scratches caused by ladders to both you sills and paint work, and patches of missing pebble dashing.  We take the safety side of our business very seriously indeed, and pride ourselves in our 0 accident and damage record.

We clean gutters using a custom made high-power industrial wet and dry vacuum system. This process is guaranteed, you only need to see what’s in the machine afterwards to realise just how much a domestic property can have in its gutters. The majority of the by-product from gutter cleaning is organic so often it can be composted or added directly to gardens or flowerbeds.

We are currently using industrial, diesel-powered machinery which is self contained, that means we can carry out the job even you have no outside tap. 

We can restore most outside surfaces to a ‘looks like new’ standard, we specialise in patios, flagged yards, driveways, pathways, walls &garden furniture.

Block paving is done with the use of rotary surface cleaning machines, these are specialist pieces of equipment, they clean in a fashion that does not undermine the base sand and foundation, making your driveway/patio last for many years longer than using a standard garden/B&Q type pressure washer.  *We do recommend weed killing and re-sanding to be added to this service as this will prolong the life of the brickwork.*
